Fundraising & Financial Acumen: Ability and willingness to contribute to fundraising efforts and support financial management.
Financial Contribution: Board members must make a meaningful financial contribution of $1000 per term, with various payment options.

Networking & Connections: Strong community or industry connections, bringing valuable contacts and resources to The GEM Club.
Site Visits: Attend at least one GEM Club meeting per module (four per year) and provide written feedback after each visit.

Time & Availability: Active participation in board meetings, committees, and organizational events.
Event Attendance: Attend 80% of all GEM Club events or have the option to buy out of events they cannot attend for $100 per event.
